Delivery/Shipping Policy
Delivery of any available product will be made within 24 hours of the order. Customers will be informed via email or phone (including WhatsApp) about the delivery status. Deliveries will be made by our courier partner, Teamex and Other Local Courier, across the UAE. The standard shipping charge is AED 30.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed for the following reasons:
- The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product has been tampered with.
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.
Returns:
You may return items within 7 days of receipt if the delivery packaging has not been opened or if the products are damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging. In such cases, we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in their original packaging. If all conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service, and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and unopened.
Exclusions from Return and Refund
Returns and refunds will not be offered in the following cases:
- Sound mixers, speakers, microphones, or wireless devices that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any claim made after 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
